How long do I get my picnic?

Your picnic is reserved for two hours. We will charge $75 per hour beyond this time frame. If you would like to leave before your two hours are up, please. Contact your picnic coordinator.

What's the cancellation policy?

We currently do not offer refunds- however, you can reschedule your reservation up to 72 hours in advance for a 20% fee. Rescheduling fees do not apply in the event there is bad weather.

What type of events do you book?

We book date nights, birthdays, proposals, anniversaries, bridal showers, girl's night, guy's night, "just because," brunches, baby showers, gender reveals, etc. But we are not limited to these events as we are open to setting up any event. To inquire about our capability to accommodate your event request, fill out the contact form, and we will be in touch with you to discuss your vision.

How do I book?

Go to "Book Picnic," select a package, choose your preferred in our calendar, and we will get in touch with the next steps! 

How many guests do we accommodate?

Please send us an inquiry via our contact page. From there, we will send you a unique proposal with pricing based on your celebration, number of guests, the theme of choice, + more.

Can I bring my food?

Of course! We provide you with plates, cups, utensils, and napkins. 

 

Do you provide alcohol?

Unfortunately, due to restrictions and licensing, we cannot sell or provide alcohol. The Client's responsibility is to check the alcohol laws of any venue or public space used for the event. It is always important to follow the rules of the location and to be responsible and respectful.

 

What if it rains?

We have set up many beautiful Gather picnics indoors and are happy to transition inside! Or, we will happily reschedule for another date.

 

Are there specific locations for the picnic setups?

Please check our locations page. If you have a specific location in mind, let us know, and we can work with you! Please include this information when you reach out to us. Please note that additional fees may apply.

 

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds, but we can reschedule your reservation if notified within 72 hours of the original event date. Should you need assistance during your picnic, you can call or text your Picnic Coordinator (whose number will be provided to you), and they can be onsite within minutes. Please note that weather, crowds, and parking are out of our control.
